- Pay 72 hours laterNothing upfront. After the job is finished you have 72 hours to watch the video and have the work checked before you pay.
- Family always welcomeHave someone with you at the survey, or talk the quote over with them first. There's never any pressure to decide on the day.
I will never ask for money upfront or on the doorstep. If anything isn't right, tell me within the 72 hours and I'll put it right before you pay. After that, you're still covered by my 10-year warranty and your full legal rights. If you agree the work in your home, you also have the legal right to cancel within 14 days.

- I send you the videoBy WhatsApp, text or email, whichever is easiest for you or your family.
- You have 72 hours to checkWatch the video, or ask a family member or friend to look at the work.
- Then you payAnd your loft is covered by a 10-year warranty on materials and workmanship.
