Who we are

What we collect

When you contact us or use the survey request form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode and any details you choose to tell us about your property.

Why we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, arrange and carry out your survey, provide a quote and, if you go ahead, complete the work and honour your warranty. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and performing that contract.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your details. Our website host (Netlify) processes form submissions on our behalf. Videos on this site are provided by YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode; YouTube may set cookies if you choose to play a video.

Cookies and advertising

If you click "Accept" on our cookie banner, we use Google Ads cookies to measure which of our adverts lead to enquiries (for example, when someone sends our form or taps our phone number). Google processes this data as described in its advertising policy. If you click "Reject", these cookies are not set. You can change your choice at any time: cookie settings.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Records of completed jobs are kept for the length of the warranty, plus the time required for tax and accounting purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by contacting us using the details above. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
